Série de dessins sur rouleau réalisés à la main, dont la finesse et la répétition tend à rivaliser avec la machine, mais dont la moindre irrégularité, donne lieu à davantage de variations.

Kernel tire son titre du noyau de certains systèmes d’exploitation, permettant aux composants matériels et logiciels de l’ordinateur de communiquer entre eux.
